For over twenty years, I have been advising and coaching CEOs and members of the C-suite, as well as boards, on leadership, culture, and collaboration.  I am also an author and speaker on megatrends and leadership challenges, especially the future of leadership, and have written three books and numerous articles on philosophical topics, the future of leadership and  – most recently – the Post Corona World.

Besides leading a corporate academy, I have been working independently as an advisor and coach since 2015. Before, I was a senior director at global consulting firm Hay Group; among my positions where member of Hay Group’s European Leadership Team, European practices director, and managing director for Hay Group in Scandinavia. I started my career as an academic in philosophy and sociology at different universities in Germany and the USA.
