Advisory

I advise boards and top executives on questions of leadership, culture, and collaboration, including:

  • advise on the composition of top management teams,
  • the assessment for selection and development of candidates for top level positions,
  • the collaboration of different committees, bodies, and teams of an organization.

Since 2012, I have been a member of the “Strategic Advisory Board”, a group of non-executive directors focusing on long-term strategy issues, of a privately owned large global company.

From 2009 – 2014, I have served in the governance of HG (Bermuda) Ltd., the mother company of global consulting firm Hay Group.
